| There are not enough words to express how pleased I am with Pronethosting.net. The cost of the service is Just $4.95 a whole Year! At the same time you get quality software for your web hosting needs. The best part is the tech support. I can’t say enough about them. I have found the tech support to be very personable, knowledgeable as well as professional. | I’ve been a Pronethosting.net customer for about 6 months. The service has been outstanding. The control panel has all the options I need to run my site. The speed is great, and I’ve not noticed any downtime during the 6 months I’ve been their customer. While I’ve never needed their customer support, they did call me shortly after I purchased my one year plan(Just $4.95) to ask if everything was going ok. I highly recommend this provider. |

| I am a Pronethosting.net customer. I have two sites with them. I have referred 3 other people to them. I love them.
My last hosting company always rushed me off the tech support line. I like talking to someone and knowing they are taking care of the problem.
I have called Pronethosting.net 2 times for some advanced changes that had to be made to the "A record" they stayed on the line with me until the problem was taken care of.
I didn’t have to go through the level one dummies reading a script to get to the people who could really help me, the level one tech was very knowledgeable and helped me work through the problem. When the change required a level 2 tech authorization he didn’t transfer me and make me have to tell the problem all over again, he took care of it all.
I have no complaints when it comes to Pronet Hosting, they are awesome!!!!! |

| I must say that this is one of the best hosting companies I have ever worked with. They were quick with any question I had and helped me in every way. I was kind of skeptical since it looked like too good of a deal but it worked out. I did have to cancel my account, due to some personal issues and not having time in college to handle a website but will most likely come back later. They canceled my account in a few minutes and didn’t make it too hard at all just asked some resaonable questions. I would definitely recommend them. All hosting sites offer the same but customer service is what I really needed and this place has it, thanx and people just try it they do keep to their 30 day money back guarantee. |

| I recently switched over to Pronethosting.net because my previous host, a small UK company can’t offer me the kind of space and bandwidth that Pronethosting.net offers.
I give top marks to their customer service. I still cannot forget how tickets are responded to in under 30 minutes, and their email support response time is very fast. And, on the few occassions that I requested for support, the problems were generally fixed on the spot.
So far, I had not experienced any downtime, although there were times when page loading seems a little slow. Overall, for the price that you pay ($4.95 a year, it is a STEAL !!!), there really isn’t much to complain about. |
